Health and fitness isn't just about flicking a switch. It requires time, consistency and most importantly gradual escalation! Depending on where you are in your personal journey for health and wellbeing we'll recommend you start at different levels with different focuses.
If you're signed up for an Explore Family Membership, then it includes members of a single immediate family. So if you're bringing the kids and partner, then no bringing your cousins too! Make sure you ask us if you're not sure, as we're always happy to bend the rules a bit for families. (Maximum of 2 adults and 2 kids, additional members may incur additional costs)
You sure can! Everyone is entitled to a trial on the house with us. For Risky Kids, you'll go onto our waiting list for our next Open Day, for all other memberships you can just book away and come on in! After that our team will make sure we find the right membership for you and then away you'll go.
We ask all of our members to commit for a minimum of 12 weeks. We're reluctant to call it a contract because if you don't want to be there or genuinely can't we want to respect that. However, we will hold you to the agreement if you don't have a strong reason not to persist for at least those 12 weeks. Remember when you started you believed in yourself enough that you could achieve that, and we'll do everything we can to make it happen!
Of course we can! However, we dream of a world where everyone is more excited about what they have to gain than what they have to lose. All modern research into the field tells us that fixation on how we look as a motivator for training is not only unhealthy but ineffective. If we work with you to lose weight, we hope you'll also work with us to move past caring about how you look and instead celebrating who you are and your potential.
Sometimes our plans come apart, but it's up to us to make sure that they don't affect the people we care about. We really appreciate early cancellations, so if something does happen to come up when you've booked a class, appointment, consult or personal training session, please let us know as soon as possible. We really love it when you let us know early and promise that we'll even thank you!
Everyone starts somewhere, and as far as we're concerned it's the most difficult stage of the whole process so we've got a comprehensive strategy to get you from start to strong. If you're looking to change your life for the better, then we're going to work with you for as long as it takes because that's what we love doing.
In your first session you'll get introduced to not just your Coach, but also be teamed up with one of our Veterans to help you through. If you're already in considerable condition, push hard but pay attention to how we do things. If you're new, stick close to your buddy and ask lots of questions.
Headway is a quarterly psychological, social and communal check up with the entire community. We check on everyone's progress, run seminars and where required do one on one coaching on lifestyle, health, nutrition and more. This is a crucial part of our goals for you, and how we help you to grow and reach your full potential.

We're always looking for new trainers. We have a comprehensive selection process though so if you're interested, please ask and we'll get you on track! It often takes about 3 - 4 months to complete the probationary stage and become a full This Is Warrior Of Hope.
