    Our Movement classes combine strength with fluidity and skill. We help you explore the limits of your body and abilities and then go a step further. Whilst challenging, these classes are for anyone with a curious nature and thirst for challenge.

  • Risky Kids

    The Risky Kids program works with kids from 2-12 to help build confidence and resilience alongside physical and mental health using our “Recreation with Direction” approach. Using movement and a fun, challenging environment our team guides young people to seek out and solve their own problems.

    • Exciting Parkour, Stunt and Ninja Warrior based training.
    • Build physical, emotional and social skills with real-life relevance.
    • Kids get access to their own “Your Way” system to track progress and learn to set and work for goals.

  • OCR Events

    Our community regularly prepares for and participates in obstacle races around Australia. An opportunity to grow closer as a team, and stronger as an individual, these events are also a whole lot of fun.

    • Participation ranges from team waves to elite and competitive participation.
    • Regular Obstacle Training in the Movement Classes as well as specialized seminars.
